The hotel's location in the middle of Manhattan downtown was perfect for exploring the city. It was conveniently near a metro station and hop on hop off buses, making transportation easy. The staff was helpful and available 24x7. The room on the 20th floor was spacious, cozy, and comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was amazing, with easy access to the subway that took us to Times Square and other attractions in less than 15 minutes. The hotel was in the financial district, with convenient subway stations nearby. The room was spacious and clean, and we loved the nice shower. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even moving us to a larger room when we had an issue with the AC. We also appreciated the fact that there was a place for guests to store their luggage while waiting.

Amazing view from my room on the 43rd floor. Friendly staff at the restaurant serving delicious NY Strip Steak. Convenient location in the financial district, quieter and more affordable than Times Square. Easy access to the subway station just around the corner

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The view from my room was amazing, especially at night. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect, with several subway lines close by, making it easy to explore this city. It was also within walking distance to the 9/11 memorial, One World Observatory, the ferry for Statue of Liberty, Wall Street, and Brooklyn Bridge. The staff were friendly and helpful.
