We loved the queen beds and spaciousness of the room for four people. The cleanliness and modern updates were impressive. The hotel's location near Universal Studios was unbeatable, and the free shuttle service was a nice bonus. The Peet's coffee near the lobby was a pleasant surprise with better pastries and more affordable coffee than Starbucks.
Everything is what I need and want.
The location was superb for visiting Universal Studios and City Walk. I could easily walk there or take a short Uber ride to Hollywood, Downtown, and other interesting areas. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean rooms and comfortable beds. I had multiple options for breakfast, including a buffet, a la carte, and a coffee shop with bagels and muffins. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay enjoyable.
For us, it was ideal.
The hotel's proximity to Universal Studios and CityWalk is incredibly convenient. It is just a short walk or shuttle ride away. The staff at this hotel are amazing! They were extremely friendly and courteous, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel facilities, especially the pool area, were fantastic. It provided a great place for relaxation and fun for both kids and adults. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay.
